James J. Shin
Marketing

James brings a breadth in enterprise level marketing with a diversity of industries that spans from toys to institutional financial products.
He specializes is in developing strategy from a brand focus and implementing that strategy across an organization. In developing strategy he finds that simply asking questions of internal/external customers, and of the available data leads to clear solutions.
James is able to identify the issues an enterprise faces and develops solutions maximizing the return on investment organizations demand in todays competitive environment.

He received his Bachelors of Business Administration from The George Washington University in Washington D.C. and resides in Fairview, TX with his wife and two sons.
Brian Corder
Business Development and Operations

Brian is a sales and operational leader with a proven track record of driving growth and efficiency. He takes a hands-on approach to leadership and is known for his ability to build high performing teams that deliver results.
He takes an entrepreneurial approach that works with limited resources to build the systems, processes, and strategies to grow the business. At NTA he was originally brought on to establish and build out a recruiting department. He was then soon given a wider portfolio including building a new distribution channel, policy conservation, and integrating a new CRM platform into the existing agent intranet.
He understands what it takes to grow a business and is able to inspire those around him to do achieve what they are capable of.
He received his BBA in finance from the University of Texas at Austin and resides in Fort Worth, TX with his wife and three children.
